Customer Enablement & Training Specialist – Technical SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Lead customer onboarding programs

• Conduct live training sessions

• Streamline complex technical workflows

• Create and maintain enablement documentation and training resources

⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer enablement, customer success, marketing operations, or training roles in SaaS

• Experience working in a reputable technology or SaaS company

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms

• Practical proficiency in Python and SQL

• Previous experience working remotely and with companies in the U.S. or the U.K.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
