This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead live virtual and in-person training sessions for clinical and operational user groups.
• Provide role-specific enablement that enhances proficiency and reinforces best practices.
• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and office hours.
• Take responsibility for go-live training execution to ensure customer preparedness and successful launches.
• Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, quick-start guides, videos, e-learning modules, and workflow job aids.
• Tailor training to fit clinical workflows, customer applications, and user roles.
• Act as a product authority on Latent’s features, workflows, and applicable use cases.
• Evaluate customer training requirements and suggest the optimal combination of live and asynchronous learning.
• Gather feedback and refine training programs to consistently enhance quality and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Account Management to ensure training aligns with customer objectives.
• Provide frontline insights to guide product enhancements and enablement strategies.
• 3–6+ years of experience in customer enablement, training, or education within SaaS, healthcare technology, digital health, or clinical operations.
• Preference for candidates with experience training clinicians or healthcare operational users.
• A background in implementation, customer success, or clinical education is advantageous.
