This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of new customer education initiatives from inception to publication, including courses, playbooks, recordings, and various learning materials.
• Establish the objectives and framework for each learning material — clarifying its purpose, target audience, and format — then collaborate with subject matter experts, design the strategy, and create it.
• Update and enhance existing Academy content to ensure it remains relevant to how Ashby operates today.
• Convert intricate Ashby workflows into straightforward, practical, and outcome-focused educational resources.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing Management, and Recruitment Operations Consultants to pinpoint valuable educational opportunities.
• Contribute to the systems, standards, and processes that enable Customer Education to scale while ensuring high-quality learning experiences.
• Assist in exploring additional formats when beneficial.
• You possess a strong understanding of Ashby.
• You are familiar with the structure of its workflows, aware of potential user challenges, and know what it takes to utilize it effectively.
• You have experience teaching complex subjects.
• You can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are an excellent writer.
• You are comfortable with recording voiceovers.
• You take ownership of your work from start to finish.
• You collaborate effectively with subject matter experts.
• You exercise good judgment regarding project scope.
• Prior experience in traditional customer education is not mandatory.
• You will have the time to execute tasks properly; we prioritize high-quality work and strive to avoid quick fixes whenever possible.
• You will work with a product that genuinely excites our customers.
• A 10-year exercise window for stock options is offered.
