This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the content creation process for Success Hub, which includes developing new materials, optimizing existing content, and phasing out outdated resources.

• Collaborate with UX and analytics teams to enhance the hub experience and assess its impact using tools like Adobe Analytics.

• Provide occasional assistance for live webinar execution and operations for events in the APAC region as needed.

• Design and develop short courses, learning paths, and certifications within Wiley Academy to promote product usage and enhance customer value.

• Create compelling customer-facing training materials such as videos, guides, infographics, FAQs, and social media posts in cooperation with Sales, Product, CSMs, and Design teams.

• Produce and edit high-quality training videos utilizing platforms like Synthesia, Cloudinary, or similar tools.

• Adapt content across various formats and channels to maximize reach and effectiveness.

• Assist in the production and facilitation of webinars (GoToWebinar/Zoom) for APAC customers as part of event management.

• Maintain organized, version-controlled content libraries and documentation.

• Work collaboratively across functions to ensure training content aligns with customer requirements, product priorities, and business objectives.

• Continuously refine training programs based on customer feedback and performance analytics.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, digital content creation, or customer education.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a proven track record of creating polished, customer-facing content.

• Strong project and content management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Skilljar or equivalent) and Content Management Systems (e.g., AEM, Webflow, or equivalent).

• Practical experience with instructional design or authoring tools such as EasyGenerator, Articulate, or similar platforms.

• Preferred experience with video creation or management tools.

• Comfortable collaborating across regions and time zones, working with cross-functional stakeholders.

• A passion for education, customer success, and ongoing improvement.
