• At least 5 years of practical experience in instructional design.
• Proven track record of facilitating both virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of diverse learning theories.
• Proficient in using industry-standard eLearning and content development tools.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 40% for onsite training delivery.
