This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee and implement strategic initiatives on Amazon to achieve revenue and profit growth targets for Osteo Bi-Flex, Puritan’s Pride, Gut Health, and Ester-C.
• Collaborate with the Director of Customer Development to formulate and advance brand and category growth strategies that align with customer objectives.
• Recognize trends and uncover new opportunities for revenue and category expansion, providing recommendations to Ecommerce Leadership.
• Execute business strategies with the Amazon customer base.
• Ensure consistency with the target budget plan and goals for new product distribution.
• Manage relationships and maintain regular communication with both Amazon and agency partners.
• Work collaboratively across internal teams such as digital media, creative, and finance to guarantee successful plan execution.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer objectives; execute operational plans seamlessly; and evaluate outcomes.
• Deliver customer presentations regarding innovations, promotions, pricing, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement comprehensive launch plans for new products.
• Oversee all aspects of trade budgets, including system entries, trade fund management, direct sales forecasting, and projection activities.
• Perform additional duties as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer product sales is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in brand building on Amazon; Ecommerce experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated Amazon 1P sales experience, successfully executing pricing and promotional strategies to enhance sales and market share for the company and its clients.
• Experience in project management, including planning and managing projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in relationship and account management; adept at collaborating with partners and customers to drive initiatives that meet objectives.
