This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Oversee functional management, leadership, and implementation of all sales activities for designated brands at Target and HEB.
• Build strategic and successful relationships.
• Achieve growth, trade budget, and forecast accuracy objectives.
• Create and execute the Customer Joint Business Plan.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with Retail partners.
• Implement selling strategies that enhance performance.
• Manage daily operations in collaboration with customers.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal teams.
• Identify new growth opportunities.
• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience is preferred; at least 2 years managing large customers is desired.
• Sales experience in Grocery, Drug, and/or Mass retail channels is required.
• Experience in consumer goods, particularly in vitamins and supplements, is highly preferred.
• Previous experience utilizing syndicated data to assess customer needs and set pricing and promotional strategies.
• Familiarity with Project Management.
• Strong cross-functional relationships with assigned accounts.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
