Customer Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete delivery process of enterprise customer implementations, from the moment of contract signing to the go-live phase.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process, ensuring clear, effective communication and building strong relationships with customer stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful rollout of new features to customers, which includes preparing delivery processes, documentation, and customer-facing materials.

• Uphold high standards for delivery quality and customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with key teams throughout the customer journey, ensuring smooth transitions and the retention of strategic knowledge.

• Maintain a keen awareness of potential risks and proactively engage with internal teams to develop mitigation plans.

• Contribute to the creation of scalable delivery methodologies, leveraging automations, processes, playbooks, and frameworks effectively.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in SaaS implementations, professional services, or customer success teams.

• Proven experience in managing enterprise clients and handling complex implementations.

• Strong skills in managing executive stakeholders.

• Exceptional solutioning capabilities.

• Comfortable taking a proactive approach to the adoption of AI tools.

• Familiarity with integration needs, APIs, and enterprise IT infrastructures.

• Experience in collaborating and troubleshooting with technical teams.

• Ability to understand and articulate the core value of product features and their applications.

• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Capability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

• Ability to excel in start-up and remote-first settings.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
