This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Take full ownership of the comprehensive delivery process for enterprise customer implementations.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployment of features.
• Uphold high standards for delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
• Play a key role in the development of scalable delivery methods.
• Over 5 years of experience in SaaS implementations, professional services, or customer success teams.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise customers and handling complex implementations.
• Strong skills in managing executive stakeholders.
• Proficient solutioning capabilities.
• Familiarity with APIs and enterprise IT settings.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
