Customer Care, Technical Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assist customers with Cloud applications and infrastructure support.

• Manage tasks such as SSL certificate renewals, license administration, and access control.

• Collaborate directly with DevOps teams, with Azure specialists available for additional support when necessary.

• Elevate unresolved issues to the DevOps team while keeping customers updated on the resolution process.

• Strive to resolve customer issues swiftly, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Prioritize support tickets and manage workloads efficiently.

• Independently track, assess, and address first-line incidents in accordance with established guidelines.

• Maintain a comprehensive overview of the status and progress of pending inquiries, considering a diverse international clientele.

• Regularly communicate with various stakeholders regarding ongoing issues and their status.

• Update and maintain knowledge base articles regularly.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Technical Support/Customer Care or a related role.

• Microsoft AZ-900 Certification is preferred, although the company will facilitate obtaining it if not already acquired.

• Proficient in both English and Dutch is essential.

• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communicator, and comfortable engaging over the phone; naturally outgoing.
