This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +9 more states.
• Conduct outbound calls in a polite and effective manner.
• Achieve and uphold outbound calling targets and metrics.
• Leverage available tools to log all outbound call attempts and outcomes.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Medicare and Medicaid plans, including their benefits and features.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, executing welcome calls, and conducting health assessments.
• Deliver a professional consumer experience by employing strong listening and communication skills.
• Uphold our high standards of ethical behavior.
• Collaborate closely with both internal and external Consumer Customers.
• Strong skills in customer service and data entry.
• Proficient analytical thinking, excellent listening abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in resolving issues with computer applications and navigating various windows to provide accurate information to the end user (multiple screens are recommended but not mandatory).
• Ability to navigate and interact with various interfaces while on a call.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
• Preferably, at least 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
• Previous experience in the medical or health insurance field is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical and Medicare terminology is advantageous.
• Open to constructive feedback and eager to improve.
