• Respond to all customer inquiries through multiple channels (telephone, chat, email)
• Accurately diagnose inquiries and deliver suitable solutions/responses
• Assist and provide information to both internal and external customers
• Engage in cross-functional communication and attend meetings
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese
• Strong passion for eCommerce and marketing
• Proficient computer skills
• Experience with graphic design and/or photo imaging software is a plus
