Customer Care Specialist, Dutch or German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Provide an exceptional customer experience across phone, chat, and email, consistently exceeding customer expectations.

• Establish strong, authentic relationships with customers, particularly during difficult or sensitive circumstances.

• Actively listen to grasp customer needs, concerns, and the underlying causes of issues.

• Communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy, ensuring explanations are easy for customers to understand.

• Take complete ownership of customer issues, working diligently to resolve them as swiftly as possible.

• Proactively follow up with customers, honoring commitments and ensuring every issue is addressed.

• Transform dissatisfied customers into loyal advocates through exceptional service and personal responsibility.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate, monitor, and resolve complex issues.

• Meticulously document customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems.

• Contribute to ongoing improvement by providing insights and feedback from customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch or German (both written and spoken).

• At least 6 months of experience in customer care service, regardless of industry background.

• Excellent communication skills with the emotional intelligence required to manage high-stakes customer situations.

• A natural sense of empathy and a sincere desire to assist others.

• Resilience and composure when handling complaints or challenging conversations.

• A proactive approach with strong follow-through — you deliver on your commitments.
