This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through phone, chat, and email, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
• Establish strong and authentic connections with customers, particularly in challenging or sensitive scenarios.
• Engage in active listening to fully understand customer needs, concerns, and the underlying issues.
• Communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy, ensuring that situations are explained in an easily understandable manner for customers.
• Assume complete responsibility for customer issues, acting swiftly to resolve them as quickly as possible.
• Proactively follow up with customers, honoring commitments, and ensuring every issue is addressed.
• Transform dissatisfied customers into loyal advocates through exceptional service and personal accountability.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate, monitor, and resolve complex issues.
• Accurately record customer interactions and outcomes within internal systems.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements by sharing insights and feedback derived from customer interactions.
• Native or fluent in Dutch or German (both written and spoken).
• At least 6 months of customer service experience — applicable to any industry.
• Excellent communication skills paired with the emotional intelligence to manage high-stakes customer situations.
• A natural sense of empathy and a sincere desire to assist others.
• Ability to remain resilient and composed when handling complaints or challenging conversations.
• A proactive approach with strong follow-through — you follow through on your commitments.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Agile, adaptable, and motivated by change.
• Strong problem-solving abilities accompanied by the confidence to take ownership of challenges.
