Customer Care Specialist DACH – Freelancer, Working Student, Fixed-term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the initial contact for our German-speaking community, addressing product inquiries, complaints, or general questions.

• Through prompt and friendly responses via chat, email, and social media, you will bring joy to our customers.

• You will contribute innovative ideas to enhance our internal processes and support their ongoing improvement.

• Collaborating with our shipping partners, you will ensure that logistical challenges are swiftly addressed.

• Proficient in German and possess basic English skills (English is the primary language used in our company).

• Strong communication abilities, empathy, and a positive demeanor — you thrive on engaging with people and will establish a connection with our customers from day one.

• Patience and understanding, even in high-pressure situations — you aim to genuinely satisfy every customer and enjoy discovering suitable solutions.

• A proactive attitude, organized work approach, and attention to detail.

• A passion for Home & Living, along with a possible interest in social media.

• Availability: As a freelancer, working student, or temporary contract worker, you should ideally be ready to commit 20 hours per week from October 15 or November 1 through December 31, 2026.
