This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, providing them with enthusiastic and knowledgeable support through our live chat platform.
• Utilize Intercom to accurately and kindly respond to customer inquiries.
• Foster genuine connections with each customer by delivering personalized solutions.
• Assist users in mastering the Indy platform and address their accounting queries.
• Play an active role in enhancing customer retention by cultivating long-term relationships.
• Engage in the ongoing improvement of processes and the product by communicating customer feedback.
• Depending on your development and the needs of the company, you may be given exciting new responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reside in Lyon or within a three-hour train journey, allowing you to visit our Lyon office once a month for 2 to 3 consecutive days.
• Demonstrate curiosity, sociability, and kindness, showcasing your empathy.
• Enjoy multitasking and find satisfaction in solving problems.
• Be self-sufficient, organized, and embrace challenges.
• Possess excellent spelling and grammar skills (even without the aid of a spellchecker).
• Bonus: a passion for accounting is advantageous.
• BSPCE equivalent to 20% of your starting salary.
• A special one-month leave after five years of service.
