This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Handles customer scheduling tasks through a high volume of phone calls, emails, and online scheduling requests.
• Coordinates with team members regarding any additions or modifications to the schedule.
• Engages with hospital personnel and/or physicians concerning schedule updates or changes.
• Inputs and revises work orders in an online scheduling platform.
• Maintains and updates customer notes in the CRM system.
• Performs confirmation calls.
• Prior experience in a high-volume call center setting.
• Background in scheduling.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Professional demeanor on the phone.
• Performs well under pressure during busy call periods.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to adjust to pressing priorities.
• Skilled at quickly resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in multitasking.
• Flourishes within a team-oriented culture.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
