This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will become a member of the Customer Care team, responsible for managing our users' daily inquiries.
• Comfortable in both verbal and written communication, you will address customer requests through email, phone, and social media platforms.
• Ensure high-quality follow-up on customer relationships in alignment with our KPIs.
• Assist in optimizing tools and processes, while proactively reporting any friction points or bugs encountered by our customers to internal teams.
• Play a role in the continuous enhancement of our service by actively suggesting improvements.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English and German, encompassing reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
• Impeccable written communication and spelling.
• A dynamic personality combined with a humble mindset.
• Patience, empathy, and attention to detail are essential traits.
• Comfort in a digital environment and familiarity with its various aspects.
• Quick learner with strong analytical and summarizing skills, able to adapt easily to new tools and processes.
• Self-sufficient with excellent interpersonal skills and a robust team spirit.
