This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Manage incoming interactions for prominent brands

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• U.S. residents only (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
• Capable of following detailed procedures and achieving performance goals
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Comfortable using computer applications and web-based tools
• Able to work independently and adhere to schedules
• Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments is a plus
