This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Utilize outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities to address calls related to retirement, life, and annuity investment products.
• Assess customer needs and deliver customized assistance to guarantee positive and impactful outcomes; involve more knowledgeable team members for intricate issues and scenarios.
• Find/research information using various systems and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather and/or provide essential information to resolve concerns.
• Record customer inquiries and related actions; follow up on pending items promptly.
• Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of products, procedures, and systems.
• Meet department metrics and performance expectations.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment to accomplish department objectives.
• Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of call center or customer service experience, or one year of experience in the financial services industry.
• Capability to communicate with customers professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
