This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding consumer electronics products.
• Aid customers with product details and troubleshooting issues.
• Professionally and efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Accurately document customer interactions to enhance service quality.
• Work collaboratively with technical and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to remain informed about product knowledge and company protocols.
• Proficiency in Dutch (C1) and a solid command of English (B2 level or higher), both in writing and speaking.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the consumer electronics sector or a related field.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; a full relocation package will be offered.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
