This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Manage a range of responsibilities that will grow in complexity as the Customer Care Representative develops their skills.
• Respond to incoming calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities.
• Anticipate handling 60 to 80 calls daily, with increased call volumes expected on Mondays.
• Must currently be a resident of Wisconsin.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center environment.
• At least 6 months of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient typing and computer skills, with strong navigational abilities.
• High-speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL, or Fiber (with a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps).
• The use of wireless and WiFi “air cards” is not permitted.
