This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Responds promptly and professionally to incoming calls, online chats, and emails pertaining to policy coverage and claims.
• Establishes rapport with policyholders by employing customer service skills to listen, comprehend, and address requests and inquiries.
• Works to retain policyholders who express interest in canceling by recommending policy modifications or coverage enhancements.
• Assists policyholders in understanding their policy coverage, claims process, and reimbursement procedures.
• Exhibits the ability to operate within a metrics-driven environment and meet performance standards.
• Maintains knowledge of federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance.
• Capable of effectively and efficiently utilizing multiple technical systems.
• Performs additional duties and/or special projects as required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service or customer support position.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the onboarding procedure is required.
• Must meet the criteria set forth in Section 1033(E) of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994.
