This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking clients, managing both inbound and outbound communications.
• Address customer inquiries through phone and email in German.
• Efficiently process insurance claims and resolve customer issues.
• Escalate complicated cases as per internal protocols.
• Manage new vehicle insurance applications, contract modifications, conversions, and terminations.
• Ensure high accuracy in handling correspondence and documentation.
• Offer insurance advice and create customized proposals.
• Promote additional insurance products (liability, property, legal, etc.) through cross-selling.
• Assist with onboarding processes, such as self-service portal registrations.
• Arrange pension consultation appointments.
• Proficiency in German at C1+ level (fluent).
• Excellent communication abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
• Capability to clearly explain intricate insurance concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on resolving issues during the first contact.
• Exceptional attention to detail (data entry and documentation).
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks across various systems in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in using PCs (Windows, CRM systems, MS Office).
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma.
• Performance bonus of up to 10% based on achievement of targets.
• Relocation package available for candidates relocating to Greece.
• Option 1 (Full coverage): All costs for flight, hotel, and real estate agency fees fully covered.
• Option 2 (Allowance): €250 relocation allowance along with covered real estate agency fees.
