• Accountable for creating, implementing, and nurturing a collaborative business relationship between Revlon’s Hair Coloring (Colorsilk), Hair Styling (American Crew/Crème of Nature), Mitchum AP/DO, and Revlon Nail Color (CND) business at CVS.
• Develops, executes, and oversees Revlon’s Joint Business Category Plan in conjunction with CVS.
• Proactively collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Monitors and evaluates weekly and monthly performance metrics to assess progress against the plan and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Oversees the creation of Omni-Channel Strategies.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of direct selling experience in the CPG industry is required, with a preference for candidates with relevant experience in Cosmetics.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, depending on location and customer base.
• Proven ability to pinpoint both short-term and long-term sustainable growth opportunities, grounded in a comprehensive understanding of both company and customer strategies.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience in transforming analytical data into sales tools that drive sales and profit objectives within customer business plans.
