This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Addressing customer inquiries and issues related to outbound and return shipments.
• Providing assistance regarding customer accounts and payment transactions.
• Managing customer requests and resolving complaints.
• Processing customer orders efficiently.
• Updating customer and delivery address information.
• Answering queries about products, including warranty and statutory warranty concerns.
• Strong customer focus, empathy, and exceptional communication abilities.
• Ability to think in a structured and comprehensive manner.
• Experience with computers and data entry/software systems.
• Proficiency in written and spoken German.
• Willingness to work shifts within the schedule of Monday to Sunday, 08:00–24:00.
