This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Build and maintain relationships with our clients to ensure their success during the onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Autodesk Tandem.
• Acquire a deep understanding of customer workflows and assist them in adapting these workflows to optimize the use of Autodesk Tandem.
• Create Customer Success plans and implement strategies to enhance the adoption of Autodesk Tandem.
• Innovate various engagement methods to connect with customers across multiple platforms to foster adoption.
• Develop and deliver a range of content and training materials to clients, both online and in-person.
• Collaborate with internal experts, marketing, and product teams to transform customer challenges into clearly defined published workflow solutions and best practices.
• Drive long-term success by partnering with customers to accelerate their business objectives, enhance adoption through improved business processes, maximize technology investments, and showcase the advantages of process improvements.
• Work alongside Marketing to source, articulate, and publish customer success stories.
• A bachelor's degree in Technology Management, AEC-O Industry, or a related field.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and/or Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Background in managing Owner/Operator relationships and project delivery methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of the asset lifecycle and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Over 5 years of experience in customer implementation, support, or a similar role.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in presenting and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and facilitation capabilities.
• Ability to effectively convey complex workflows to a live or virtual audience.
• A strong work ethic, high standards for quality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
