This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Develop and modify curriculum that meets standards for grades K-5.

• Design engaging lesson plans, assessments, and student resources that promote language and literacy growth.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, editors, and instructional designers.

• Update materials in response to client feedback.

• Assist in creating professional learning resources for educators.

• Implement innovative strategies and tools to improve student engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, education, or a related discipline.

• Knowledge of AI tools and readiness to learn new software platforms.

• Understanding of Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) and English Language Proficiency Standards (ELPS).

• Strong familiarity with the US K-12 educational system is preferred.

• Excellent writing abilities are essential, with preference given to those with educational writing experience.
