This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Independently create and update Navy training materials to support the modernization and maintenance of CTC courseware.
• Aid in the development and revision of lesson plans, trainee guides, assessments, and presentation materials.
• Format deliverables using approved templates, style guides, and authoring tools.
• Integrate Government feedback and mandated edits.
• Provide support for OMS repositories, file naming conventions, and version control logs.
• Perform proofreading, hyperlink verification, and quality control assessments.
• 3-5 years of experience in Navy curriculum development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or a related field; equivalent experience may be taken into account.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and design abilities for creating training course materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal proficiency in the English language.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
