Curam Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead workshops to gather requirements and assess gaps with client personnel on both technical subjects and non-functional needs.

• Develop functional and technical designs along with solution prototypes to facilitate Curam configurations and enhancements, including workflows, rules, and integrations.

• Code, develop, and conduct unit testing of Cúram extensions within a J2EE environment.

• Configure and troubleshoot application servers such as WebSphere or WebLogic, and work on API development.

• Utilize the Eclipse framework for implementing Curam solutions.

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, System Integration partners, and clients, while advocating for the Cúram Solution as a reliable and skilled partner.

• Implement and uphold industry-standard design methodologies and patterns.

• Provide support for system operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field in information technology.

• Over 8 years of practical experience in a technical position focused on delivering and implementing software solutions with a strong foundation in design and development principles.

• More than 3 years of experience with the Curam software product and delivery, including batch processing, workflows, and web services.

• At least 5 years of experience in Java/J2EE/JEE development, as well as proficiency in JDBC, XML, XSL, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with modern UI/UX design practices, user research tools, and languages such as React.js, Angular, and UML.

• Experience with EJB, RSA, UNIX, and NT operating systems, along with databases like Oracle or DB2.

• Must have flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
