📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete delivery process involving internal technology teams and external development partners.

• Drive the advancement of platform architecture to accommodate growth.

• Create and manage a high-performing engineering team.

• Supervise integrations, data pipelines, and overall infrastructure.

• Ensure that systems adhere to healthcare, financial, and enterprise security requirements.

• Define and spearhead the AI strategy.

• Over 10 years of experience in leading technology teams.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling engineering teams.

• Background in leading technology initiatives within healthtech and fintech, particularly with a focus on payment solutions.

• Knowledge of payment orchestration, ledgering systems, and money movement infrastructure.
