CTMA Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the Clinical Trial Management Associate (CTMA) team members.

• Organize, delegate, and oversee tasks, evaluate performance, and support professional growth.

• Engage in the selection, hiring, and distribution of resources for clinical research initiatives.

• Contribute to enhancements in processes, best practices, and lessons learned.

• Assist study teams with Clinical Operations responsibilities and the quality of the trial master file (eTMF).

• Comply with ICH/GCP guidelines, local regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations with direct reports.

• Interview and onboard new team members; ensure continuous training is provided.

• Offer support to cross-functional clinical study teams from the initiation phase to the close-out phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or higher, ideally in a scientific, medical, or healthcare field.

• Over 5 years of previous clinical trial experience, including a role in management/leadership or demonstrating prior responsibility in management/leadership tasks.

• More than 2 years of direct line management experience.

• Strong leadership and management experience, whether as a direct line manager or as a cross-functional team leader.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to influence and lead.

• Proficient in computer skills: MS Office, Project Planning Applications.
