CSR Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Monitor and maintain dashboards for call responses and emails, ensuring timely follow-ups by sales representatives to our clients.

• Assist with the daily operations of Zoom Phone, Hiver, and Zoho CRM for the marketing and sales departments.

• Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of essential performance metrics related to the inside sales team.

• Proactively follow up with sales representatives and escalate issues to management when necessary.

• Document workflows and recommend enhancements to existing processes.

• Work autonomously in a completely remote environment, remaining organized and focused.

• Stay informed about new tools and technologies that can enhance communication and efficiency.

• Comfortable with quickly learning new systems and tools.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

• Strong communication abilities and persistence in following up with others.

• Capable of working independently and managing priorities in a remote environment.

• Previous experience with Zoom Phone, Zoho, or Hiver is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Confident in holding team members accountable while fostering positive working relationships.

• Availability during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern).

• Experience with Ai is a plus.
