Crypto Fund Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the fund valuation process in collaboration with fund administrators and portfolio teams.

• Coordinate with administrators and internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate reporting for investors.

• Recognize and implement enhancements in processes through tooling, automation, and procedural advancements.

• Manage month-end activities and pricing updates for tokenized funds and strategies.

• Establish oversight frameworks and governance for fund valuations.

• Monitor pricing sources for illiquid and complex assets.

• Enhance tools and processes related to portfolio valuations.

• Implement quality control measures for data and establish reconciliation routines.

• Manage the coordination of fund audit processes.

• Define standards for data ownership and validation pertaining to fund performance, AUM, and exposure reporting.

• Promote consistency and automation across both internal and external reporting packages.

• Oversee integrations for tokenized reporting, including smart contracts and on-chain data transparency.

• Provide project management oversight and manage improvements in infrastructure and processes.

• Plan and execute the launch of new funds and strategies.

• Supervise due diligence for counterparties and maintain documentation.

• Manage relationships and facilitate account openings with exchanges and smart wallets.

• Represent Fund Operations during investment committee meetings.

• Maintain and enhance operational risk frameworks and risk control self-assessments.

• Monitor performance against key risk thresholds and parameters.

• Conduct third-party risk assessments for MPC wallet providers and exchanges.

• Implement incident reporting and conduct root cause analysis for any operational breaches.

• Oversee client onboarding processes and coordinate AML/KYC activities.

• Develop onboarding metrics and manage subscription and redemption flows.

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for the group, including quarterly reports, forecasting, budgets, and performance assessments.

• Manage liquidity across the group and create P&L and liquidity dashboards.

• Supervise client invoicing and the collection and reporting of on-chain revenues.

• Manage sales incentive programs, including tracking and calculating commissions.

• Collaborate on inter-company transactions and contribute to financial strategy and performance KPIs.

• Participate in new business and product expansion initiatives and provide support to other business areas as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of operations experience in Crypto, TradFi, and/or FinTech, with at least 2 years in Investment Fund Operations or Fund Administration.

• A self-starter with the capability to operate with a high level of ownership in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

• Strong work ethic and results-driven, with accountability for delivering consistent outcomes.

• Highly organized and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities.

• Ability to swiftly transform problems into actionable solutions and execute them effectively.
