Cruise Ship Art Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee the coordination of art displays for gallery events and auctions, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

• Manage the inventory of artwork, marketing materials, and office supplies.

• Ensure the quality and integrity of the onboard art collection, gallery, and storage facilities.

• Lead a team of art movers, providing them with training on best practices.

• Engage in mandatory shipboard safety training and drills.

• Arrive punctually for all setups and provide assistance as required.

• Support the Principal Auctioneer during auctions.

• Proficiency in English.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. (23 kg) of equipment and supplies.

• Open to coaching and maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Eagerness to learn.
