📋 Description

• Itinerary Creation: Develop customized cruise and tour itineraries tailored to each client's preferences, incorporating accommodations, excursions, transportation, and dining selections.

• Client Meetings: Conduct virtual consultations to understand clients' travel interests, expectations, and budgets.

• Supplier Collaboration: Partner with reputable cruise lines, tour operators, and travel vendors to obtain quality options and competitive pricing.

• Booking Oversight: Manage all components of the booking and confirmation process to ensure precision and an effortless travel experience.

• Customer Assistance: Offer professional support before, during, and after travel, addressing any changes or special requests.

• Travel Insights: Keep informed about destination updates, seasonal promotions, and industry developments to improve client recommendations.

• Post-Travel Follow-Up: Reach out to clients after their trip to collect feedback and promote future travel planning.
