This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct research, develop, and implement outstanding itineraries for clients.
β’ Assess individual travel preferences and requirements to tailor trips that specifically address their needs.
β’ Engage in continuous training to acquire and uphold certification for travel booking.
β’ Participate in ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to gain expertise in specific destinations.
β’ Evaluate budgets and organize trips in accordance with clients' financial limitations.
β’ Produce promotional materials for use.
β’ Stay updated on travel restrictions that may change periodically.
β’ Arrange travel necessities including flights, car rentals, hotel stays, cruises, and event tickets.
β’ Maintain effective communication with clients before and after travel.
β’ Address any issues that may arise during bookings or while clients are traveling.
β’ Collaborate with tour operators regarding packages that could be offered to clients.
β’ Candidates must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
β’ Strong communication skills are essential, with a background in sales being advantageous.
β’ A smartphone with internet access is required; a computer or laptop is recommended but not mandatory.
β’ Personal travel experience is highly beneficial, though not mandatory.
β’ Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
