This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical advisor for designated strategic customer accounts.

• Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with customer security teams and leadership.

• Grasp customer security operations workflows, use cases, and business goals.

• Guide customer teams on Falcon best practices and techniques for threat hunting.

• Offer technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for the deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and its associated applications.

• Assist customers in operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform.

• Resolve customer issues across a range of enterprise sizes.

• Leverage and develop native and third-party software deployment technologies.

• Create scripting and application solutions utilizing Falcon APIs.

• Collaborate closely with customer information technology teams.

• Provide assistance to customers in vulnerability and asset management.

• Help customers integrate CrowdStrike into their existing tools.

• Support both Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with the deployment of Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collectors.

• Work in partnership with the Professional Services team to create customer-facing materials.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, along with 2 years of experience in IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment.

• Basic knowledge of software deployment technologies.

• Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.

• Experience in communication and the ability to foster collaborative relationships.

• Competence in presenting technical content to diverse audiences.

• Background in computer and network systems security.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions to unusual and complex issues.

• Proactive and meticulous approach to managing work and prioritizing customer projects.

• High motivation level; self-starter; results-oriented.

• Potential travel and assignment work opportunities may arise.
