Croatian Travel Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming inquiries from customers.

• Perform research to deliver solutions to customers in order to address their concerns.

• Serve as the primary contact for premier accommodation partners by addressing basic inquiries and requests, including room modifications, rates, availability, and extranet tools.

• Provide precise, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing appropriate tools, techniques, and processes.

• Maintain a high standard of partner service, ensuring a positive experience for partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Near-native or native proficiency in Croatian, along with strong skills in English.

• Prior experience in customer support or the service industry is advantageous.

• Possess a confident and engaging telephone demeanor, capable of managing both inbound and outbound calls.

• Demonstrate strong organizational abilities.

• Driven by goals, self-motivated, and proactive in meeting both personal and team objectives.

• This position can be on-site or remote, subject to discussion.

• Must be eligible to work and reside in Greece (EU citizenship/passport or valid work permit for Greece).
