This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Take charge of conversion rate optimization for 1–2 e-commerce brands.
• Strategize, prioritize, and execute split tests across essential pages and funnels.
• Foster ongoing enhancements in conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and overall profitability.
• Examine user behavior, funnel analytics, and testing outcomes to uncover opportunities.
• Formulate clear test hypotheses and uphold a well-organized testing roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and web specialists to implement tests.
• Track experiment performance and translate insights into actionable next steps.
• Communicate findings and recommendations with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience conducting A/B or split tests in the e-commerce sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of conversion rate optimization metrics, AOV, and profitability factors.
• Proficient in handling data, analytics, and experimental outcomes.
• Experience working in partnership with design and development teams.
• Capability to take ownership and make decisions informed by performance results.
• Excellent communication skills and clear, logical thinking.
