This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the development, management, and advancement of automations, segments, and customizations throughout all phases of the customer lifecycle.
• Continuously pinpoint gaps and opportunities in the customer journey, prioritizing new initiatives accordingly.
• Establish the roadmap for CRM's contribution to our clients' growth.
• Direct the planning and execution of all email and SMS campaigns, encompassing product launches, promotions, and significant trading moments.
• Demonstrate proficiency in design and various design tools, or provide briefs to our graphics team.
• Ensure that campaigns resonate with our clients' audiences and maintain brand tone of voice.
• Manage CRM reporting and performance analysis across essential metrics, including revenue contribution, open/click rates, conversions, and lifetime value (LTV).
• Convert data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Keep abreast of the latest CRM advancements and introduce new ideas to enhance performance continuously.
• Maintain data hygiene and integrity as systems and business needs evolve.
• Develop standard processes to facilitate the daily operations of the Email Marketing team.
• Support the formulation of CRM strategies for our clients.
• Collaborate with content and performance marketing teams to determine which offers to promote.
• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of email marketing campaigns, including monthly KPI reporting.
• Suggest and create optimal campaign plans, formats, and platforms to enhance profitability, including formulating action plans and strategies.
• Take responsibility for the user journey, executing strategies for all customer communications.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• At least 3 years of experience in an agency setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of retention marketing.
• A passionate team player capable of collaborating across departments.
• Strong attention to detail, enhancing customer experience through clear and impactful communication.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with creative teams, including digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong prioritization skills and an awareness of broader project implications.
• Ability to manage complexity and progress multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Hands-on experience with EDM and other CRM marketing tools.
