CRM Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• This position involves practical testing and requires extensive knowledge and comprehension of all facets related to planning, developing, and executing both Front-end and Back-end Quality assurance.

• Ensure successful data conversion and implementation of the CRM system, which encompasses CRM Integration Testing, Data Quality and Integrity testing, as well as Usability (Functional and Performance) Testing. Act as a champion for Quality within the scrum team while promoting and executing best practices.

• Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Must be self-motivated and driven.

• Responsible for orchestrating and implementing both manual and automated testing activities on new and existing products to guarantee they align with Business, Functional, and Technical specifications, while maintaining superior overall product quality.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software Developers, End Users, and Scrum Masters to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

• Review business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, design, and architecture documents to create effective and value-added test plans.

• Test and monitor the entire ETL pipeline from source systems to the CRM system to ensure data integrity and accuracy are preserved.

• Identify issues within data, application configurations, and screen designs, then report and oversee the resolution of these issues.

• Become well-versed in business rules, system functionality, and CRM processes and architecture.

• Develop and maintain a top-tier regression automation test suite.

• Independently create, modify, and execute test plans based on requirements and design documents.

• Provide estimates and timelines necessary for testing a project to ensure a high-quality implementation.

• Deliver clear and consistent status reporting.

• Collaborate with external teams on root cause analysis, identifying, tracking, and reporting defects.

• Maintain close interaction with both business and technical peers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure proper traceability from requirements to test artifacts.

• Actively engage in requirements and code reviews, driving enhancements in scrum delivery.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and testing methodologies.

• Assist leadership in defining and enhancing the overall QA and SDLC processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong hands-on experience utilizing SQL queries for results validation and data mining.

• Significant hands-on experience with CRM applications, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Practical experience with Automated Testing tools such as Selenium, SoapUI Pro, Test Complete, UFT, and automated test frameworks, ideally Microsoft Easy Repro.

• Proficient in at least one programming language (C#, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.).

• Experience with ALM Tools like Jira, GitHub, or similar record-keeping systems.

• Strong hands-on experience in Test Design, Development, Regression suite maintenance, execution, and reporting.

• Comprehensive understanding of Development and Test cycles, including respective best practices.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to identify root causes and support the development team in creating resolutions.

• Experience in Mobile and API testing is advantageous.

• Background in coding and development is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills for client and business interfacing are essential.
