CRM Strategy, Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in strategizing and delivering results for the practice's most significant and intricate enterprise accounts.

• Oversee special initiatives for enterprise clients.

• Be responsible for lifecycle revenue performance and retention results.

• Directly supervise CRM Strategists across North America, providing direction and removing obstacles to their work.

• Create customized development paths for each Strategist.

• Drive the innovation agenda for the North America CRM practice.

• Collaborate closely with the Director of CRM on resource allocation and capacity planning.

• Act as the operational counterpart to the EU Lead.

• Promote the adoption of organization-wide operational standards throughout the North America Strategist team.

• Function as the senior technical authority for the North America team regarding platform architecture, integrations, and implementation quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing, including managing a team within an agency setting while remaining billable.

• Proven success in leading enterprise-level accounts and handling complex special projects (such as migrations, replatforms, and multi-brand implementations).

• Experience in establishing or expanding new service lines within an agency or consultancy.

• Extensive expertise in Klaviyo; familiarity with multiple platforms is an advantage.

• Entrepreneurial spirit, focused on retention and lifetime value, and viewed by clients as a trusted advisor rather than just a vendor.

• Comfortable in a remote environment; exhibits clarity and presence across different time zones and regions.
