This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create and implement a comprehensive lifecycle strategy (email + SMS) to enhance onsite list growth, activation, retention, revenue, and engagement throughout the customer journey.
• Develop a strategic roadmap and deliver monthly presentations.
• Construct and manage the lifecycle roadmap, incorporating evidence-based testing initiatives to ensure optimal performance is consistently achieved.
• Collaborate with designers, specialists, and clients, incorporating feedback from key stakeholders.
• Oversee the performance and health of email + SMS channels concerning audience segmentation, content, list hygiene, and deliverability.
• Provide complex Klaviyo logic, production, and technical support.
• Develop reporting and insights.
• Manage client happiness and account scope effectively.
• Exceptional time management and communication abilities.
• Over 4 years of experience in strategic planning, email + SMS marketing, client services, and full-cycle campaign management, ideally within an agency environment.
• Critical eCommerce/retail lifecycle experience, preferably across multiple verticals.
• Proven experience in maximizing loyalty engagement strategies through email + SMS.
• Established record of outstanding performance in generating lifecycle marketing revenue.
• Demonstrated ability to structure and provide ongoing testing to continuously enhance performance.
• Experience with Mobile App, Mobile Push, Web Push, and In-App Messaging is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with a variety of platforms (Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, Attentive, Postscript, etc.) is advantageous.
• Experience in structuring and optimizing marketing CRM tech stacks, with fluency in leading CRM platforms and utilizing tracking and personalization tools to enhance customer experience.
• Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
• Highly creative with experience in crafting campaigns that engage, educate, and inspire a target audience.
• Strong writing skills along with a commitment to enhancing your ability to connect with customers through written communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
