
CRM Specialist – Marketing Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and strategize multi-channel CRM journeys and automation sequences (email, RCS, and WhatsApp) in line with clients' goals.
• Set up and automate flows and processes in ActiveCampaign, converting briefs into conditional logic and accurate segmentation.
• Carry out email, RCS, and WhatsApp distributions according to the timelines and SLAs established with the internal team.
• Create landing pages in ActiveCampaign, ensuring proper UTM tracking, LGPD-compliant consent, and CRM integration.
• Conduct data hygiene, as well as the creation and management of lists and segments, ensuring consistent naming, tagging, and permissions.
• Integrate landing page and website forms with the CRM, setting up fields, UTMs, webhooks, and APIs in coordination with the tech team.
• Modify HTML/CSS templates and implement basic JavaScript (masking, validations, tracking events).
• Generate performance reports that provide insights, opportunities, and optimization suggestions based on metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and abandonment.
• At least 3 years of experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).
• Analytical, organized, and proactive individual capable of managing multiple projects and clients concurrently.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS).
• Strong competencies in data analysis and interpretation of email metrics (CTR, conversion rates, abandonment).
• Knowledgeable in API integrations, webhooks, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative remote setting.
