This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Audit the current status of Customer.io: data, segments, journeys, naming, and overall structure
• Design and document the CRM architecture: data model, event taxonomy, segmentation logic
• Build and optimize journeys and automations for B2B and B2C audiences
• Manage and enhance the integration between Customer.io and the sales CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
• Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the chain
• Collaborate with Tech to implement integrations and events from the product
• Work with Marketing and Customer Success to translate business needs into CRM logic
• Propose and measure improvements: deliverability, engagement, conversion, and retention
• 2 to 4 years of experience working with CRM/marketing automation tools
• Proven experience with Customer.io or similar platforms (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo)
• Strong understanding of data models, events, and user attributes
• Experience integrating marketing tools with sales CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or others)
• Ability to work with technical teams: reading documentation, understanding APIs, participating in data discussions
• Judgment for prioritization: knowing what to order first and why
• Clear communication — both written and verbal — to align with multiple areas
