This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with CRM Team Strategists to co-manage client relationships and oversee daily lifecycle marketing operations.
• Create email briefs, write copy, and provide design guidelines for email, SMS, MMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Oversee campaign projects and coordinate production schedules among clients, designers, developers, and strategists.
• Execute email dispatches, including advanced segmentation, quality assurance, scheduling, and sending of emails and SMS.
• Establish, test, and refine flow logic and timing for campaigns.
• Manage client communications, which includes organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings.
• Develop monthly reports, analyze campaign and creative performance, and relay insights internally as well as to clients.
• Keep up-to-date with best practices in lifecycle marketing, industry trends, international regulations, and new features from email service providers.
• Engage in new client acquisition initiatives, focusing on list growth strategies, sign-up form development, and omnichannel approaches for email and SMS sign-ups.
• Exceptional time management and communication abilities.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in email and SMS marketing production, with at least 1 year in an agency environment.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS is mandatory.
• Practical experience with platforms like Klaviyo, SFMC, Iterable, Braze, Attentive, and Postscript is advantageous.
• Background in eCommerce or retail brands along with knowledge of related email and SMS technology ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in generating lifecycle marketing revenue.
• Experience with mobile apps, mobile push notifications, web push notifications, and in-app messaging is a bonus.
• Strongly process-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities while communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to engage through written communication.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for successful cross-functional collaboration.
