This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Construct, configure, and uphold GoHighLevel agency and sub-account environments, encompassing custom fields, custom values, tags, pipelines, and opportunity stages.
• Oversee user onboarding, roles, permissions, and access controls throughout client sub-accounts.
• Develop and maintain snapshots to standardize and expedite new client setups.
• Set up calendars, booking widgets, forms, surveys, and appointment reminders.
• Monitor account performance, resolve issues, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
• Assess new GoHighLevel features and releases, recommending enhancements based on client requirements.
• Design, construct, and optimize workflows, triggers, and conditional logic for lead nurturing, follow-up, and client communications.
• Create automated email, SMS, voicemail, and multichannel sequences.
• Configure lead routing, task assignments, internal notifications, and pipeline automations.
• Establish and manage conversation AI, chat widgets, missed-call text-back, and reputation management tools.
• Test, document, and maintain automations.
• Build and refine funnels, landing pages, websites, and forms.
• Develop segmentation, personalization, and behavioral-trigger strategies.
• Create and manage email and SMS campaigns, templates, and broadcasts.
• Monitor campaign performance, deliverability, engagement, and conversions.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, A2P 10DLC, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
• Formulate CRM strategies that align with client business objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Create process maps, workflow documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Establish CRM standards for naming conventions, tagging, pipelines, data entry, automation, and change management.
• Identify implementation risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Manage GoHighLevel integrations with third-party applications utilizing native integrations, webhooks, APIs, Zapier, Make, and middleware.
• Connect lead sources, advertising platforms, payment processors, and websites to GoHighLevel.
• Assist with data imports, exports, migrations, cleansing, mapping, and synchronization.
• Maintain data quality through duplicate management, tagging standards, and routine audits.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with developers or vendors.
• Generate reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
• Act as a GoHighLevel subject matter expert and strategic advisor for assigned client accounts.
• Suggest solutions based on platform best practices and client needs.
• Conduct client training sessions and create user documentation.
• Offer ongoing platform support, troubleshooting, and strategic recommendations.
• Assist clients in enhancing CRM adoption and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with client strategists, project managers, developers, and marketing teams across various accounts.
• Provide support for Salesforce configuration, automation, and reporting as necessary.
• Help connect GoHighLevel with Salesforce and other sales or marketing systems.
• Implement consistent CRM governance and data management standards across platforms.
• Assist with CRM evaluations and migration projects involving GoHighLevel and Salesforce.
• Report to the SVP of Strategy and work in conjunction with client strategists, project managers, designers, developers, and other team members across client accounts.
• A minimum of three years of practical experience with GoHighLevel, including agency and sub-account administration.
• Proficient in building GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, funnels, forms, calendars, and campaigns.
• Experience in creating and managing snapshots for multi-client deployments.
• Familiarity with email and SMS automation, including A2P 10DLC registration and best practices for deliverability.
• Proven experience in developing CRM strategies, governance standards, and process documentation.
• Skilled in gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data quality, and access management.
• Experience with webhooks, APIs, Zapier, Make, or similar middleware and third-party integrations.
• Expertise in data migrations, mapping, cleansing, and duplicate management.
• Knowledge of email marketing, customer journeys, audience segmentation, and marketing compliance.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, projects, and priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to process improvement and system efficiency.
• HighLevel Certified Admin or other GoHighLevel certifications are preferred.
• Experience administering or implementing Salesforce, including objects, permissions, flows, reports, and dashboards is preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud is preferred.
• Experience supporting CRM migrations between GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or other platforms is preferred.
• Background in an agency, consulting, or multi-client environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with conversation AI, chatbots, and reputation management tools is preferred.
