This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Design and implement solutions centered around HubSpot CRM, encompassing data migrations and system integrations.
• Evaluate client organizations, their technology stacks, data, business processes, and requirements through research, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Establish data models, data flows, architectures, scopes, deliverables, outcomes, and project requirements.
• Create Statements of Work, requirements documentation, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), business processes, functional specifications, data transformation documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and off-boarding documentation.
• Present proposed solutions and recommendations to developers, clients, and internal teams.
• Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, demonstrations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and quality assurance activities.
• Oversee complex HubSpot configuration, optimization, rollout, and integration projects.
• Guide and mentor junior team members while contributing to technology and integration best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, backend developers, the CTO, and marketing, sales, and service consultants to define objectives, map logic, and test integrations.
• Perform technology audits and suggest best-practice enhancements.
• Establish success metrics and integrated, closed-loop reporting across technology solutions.
• Keep track of HubSpot features, Connect Partners, and technological changes; communicate and facilitate adoption internally and with clients.
• Review, clean, deduplicate, map, migrate, and validate client data, including CSV migrations.
• Promote technology training, partner certifications, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure effective use of technology tools across all accounts.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing architectures, developing data strategies, utilizing APIs, and creating system integrations.
• Direct experience with CRM systems is advantageous but not required for new hires; a strong background in system architecture and integration is essential.
• Current employees are expected to possess proficiency in HubSpot.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience in a digital/technical agency or consultancy in a client-facing consulting/specialist role encompassing consulting, solution building, implementation, and training.
• 5 or more years of overall work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior position.
• A relevant tertiary qualification, such as in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, BComm Honours, BBusSci, or a Master's in Business.
• New hires must be willing to immerse themselves in HubSpot and obtain specific certifications after joining; current staff must maintain their designated HubSpot certifications.
• Proficient in reading, understanding, and compiling technical documentation, including API documentation, ERDs, and functional specifications.
• Knowledge of networks, databases, and technology.
• Experience with big data.
• Proven experience in system integration and utilizing APIs or custom-built integrations.
• Excellent command of English with outstanding writing and communication abilities.
• Strong business acumen and capability to present work during high-level client presentations.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and capacity to adapt to evolving processes.
• Solid comprehension of CRM and Customer Experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate and analyze data and business processes.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management, self-management, communication, influence, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be self-motivated, resourceful, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to ongoing learning and research.
• Must have the legal right to work and current residency in Australia.
