CRM Project Manager, Part-time, Focus on Email Marketing, Klaviyo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire CRM accounts for our clients by creating campaigns, automations, and segmentations (primary tool: Klaviyo).

• Serve as the liaison between design, copy, strategy, and clients to ensure seamless execution.

• Gather briefings, monitor deadlines, and facilitate efficient information flow using Slack and Asana.

• Provide constructive feedback on copy and designs while contributing your own insights.

• Conduct regular client meetings to coordinate feedback and communicate outcomes.

• Engage in 2–3 brief check-ins each working day (primarily via Slack) to enable the team to respond swiftly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, CRM, or (email) marketing.

• Familiarity with newsletter platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.

• Interest in design tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar applications.

• Organized working style, keen attention to detail, and a passion for design.

• Clear, quick, and dependable communication skills—both written and verbal.

• Consistency in Slack check-ins as many discussions will converge there.

• Based in Germany, but capable of working remotely anywhere in Europe.
